Loin (whole)

The Loin is regarded as the finest venison cut because of its dense, tender meat which can be grilled, fried, bbq’d or cooked over open flames.  You’d also use it in a wellington.

Whole Loin are available from our Roe and Fallow deer.  We also offer them as fillet steaks.
